Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for or using any part of the 1malaysia platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.
The 1malaysia platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above. Users who register are fully responsible for ensuring they meet this minimum age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts suspected of being held by underage individuals.
These terms constitute a valid and binding agreement between you as the user and 1malaysia as the platform operator. This agreement is governed by applicable law and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the procedures set out in the relevant section below.
Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 1malaysia platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances. You are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information upon registration and to keep it updated whenever changes occur.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Any activity that occurs through your account — whether carried out by you or anyone else — is your responsibility. Contact our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
1malaysia uses encryption technology to protect your data. That said, you are responsible for not sharing your login credentials with anyone, including family members. Accounts may not be transferred, sold or used by anyone other than the registered account holder.
User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the 1malaysia platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Using the platform for any illegal purpose, fraud, money laundering or activity that violates Malaysian law is strictly prohibited and may result in a report being made to the relevant authorities.
You agree not to do or attempt any of the following:
- Using automated software, bots or scripts to access or manipulate the platform
- Impersonating others or providing false information in any form
- Exploiting any bugs or technical errors on the platform to gain an unfair advantage
- Disrupting, damaging or degrading the performance of the system or the experience of other users
- Distributing offensive, threatening or inappropriate content through any channel on the platform
Violations of any of the above rules may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account without prior notice, and 1malaysia reserves the right to withhold balances suspected of being linked to illegal activity.
Payment Information, Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 1malaysia platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in your own name. Using another person's card or bank account without authorisation is prohibited and may result in account suspension and further investigation.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are set according to the chosen payment method and are subject to change at any time. All deposits are subject to verification, which may take time depending on the financial institution and method used. 1malaysia is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers.
All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to identity verification requirements. 1malaysia reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals for security and compliance review purposes. Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through illegitimate means will be investigated and reported to the relevant authorities.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
The 1malaysia platform and all its content — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software and source code — are the exclusive property of 1malaysia and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute or exploit any platform content without prior written consent.
1malaysia makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. We reserve the right to suspend, maintain or modify the platform at any time without notice. Any losses arising from service interruptions, technical errors or factors beyond our control are not claimable against 1malaysia.
Links or references to third-party websites or services that may appear on the platform are provided for informational convenience only. 1malaysia is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party website. You access such links entirely at your own risk.
Changes to Terms, Account Closure and Governing Law
1malaysia reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via an in-platform notice or email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
User accounts may be temporarily suspended or permanently closed under the following circumstances: breach of terms of use, suspected fraud, illegal activity, user request, or a decision by 1malaysia management based on risk assessment. In cases where an account is closed due to a violation, balances linked to the problematic activity may not be refunded.
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate resolution body in accordance with the established procedures.
